As a modeller, you might experience situations where the eye of an expert is required. Omnitrans International now offers remote assistance to registered clients with a maintenance contract. Using a special developed remote support module, you can allow a model expert to join you in model development or problem solving. With the module you share (a part of) your desktop or even give the model expert access to show you tips&tricks in the software.

Since OmniTRANS 5.1.8, the module is embedded in the OmniTRANS setup and accessible directly from within OmniTRANS. For users working in older OmniTRANS versions, Q-Hot or Omni-X the module is now available for download. Download the file using the link below and place in a folder of your choice, for instance the folder of your Omnitrans Installation. To use the module, start the application. You will obtain a user ID, which you can correspond to the Support team, so that they can establish a connection.
